C’est la nuit qu’il est beau de croire à la lumière

Two clients had powerful breakthroughs this week:

✨ One made a bold decision and freed herself from a situation that was no longer aligned with who she is and what she stands for.

✨ Another just landed his dream job, and the news arrived at the very moment he was experiencing the deepest self-doubt.

As we say in French, c’est la nuit qu’il est beau de croire à la lumière.

And as I support them, I am also noticing a fatigue I didn’t expect.
After a very full Autumn, I am catching up with my energy.

And a bit of FOMO shows up too. Because in two days I’m travelling to London to meet my AJC peers and my mentor Ankush Jain.

I am sharing this in case you are not feeling at the top of your energy these days.

This is an invitation to take a deep breath, relax, and meet yourself exactly where you are, with unconditional love.
Which means slowing down when the body asks for it. And trusting that.

Also, this thing I am passionate about:

neuroaesthetics. One of the ways to reset our nervous system is to look for beauty and experience it with our senses.
Seeing, feeling, listening to, smelling, tasting, sensing beauty nurtures your Being.
Try neuroaesthetics and let beauty support and restore your inner state.

How are you taking care of your energy these days?
