Last week, I returned to the same hospital to facilitate an on-site Executive Leadership Workshop.
We created a space where leaders could slow down and open up, engage and listen to each other, tell the truth, and gain new perspectives.
Open minds.
Real conversations.
Deep listening.
Collective intelligence. ✨💡
They found real value in simply being together, in all their humanness.
We explored what leadership means in real life, as a posture and as a language.
What wanted to be said got said. Vulnerability was not avoided. Feedback and mutual support were given.
These leaders carry huge responsibilities, yet they chose to come and fully engage with each other. Their commitment is beautiful.
And I am grateful to do this work with them, because when they thrive, their teams thrive.
And in healthcare, this directly benefits patients, families, and our entire collectivity.
Your work always has ripple effects.
How do you serve your community?
