Women Empowerment happened in Rome!

The most important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself. And this relationship is nourished by two things:

The words you speak to yourself, aka your internal dialogue, and
The words you speak about yourself, who you came here to be and what you came here to do.

Language is at the core of self-leadership and your language either NEGATES or CREATES. 

These exceptional women brought their heart, their authentic self and their brilliant mind to the Masterclass in Leadership that happened in Rome last Saturday.

We leveraged the power of words and language. We explored our relationship with fear, self-doubt, the negative voices.

We also explored the essential distinction of Leadership vs Emotional caretaking. 

We experienced the power of mutual acknowledgment: seeing the gold in each other and speaking it.

The invitation?
Be present and listen. Open your ears, your heart, your mind, your five senses, your intuition and from this place, share who you are.

Insights, inspirations, bold decisions, upliftment and new connections happened.

The way these women showed up for each other was incredible.
So much brilliance, courage, love and authenticity.
